HomsiCare is more than a name; it is a legacy.
The word “Homsi” carries profound significance. In ancient Egypt, “Hom” meant “servant” or “majesty,” and “Si” represented the divine, symbolizing “Servant of God” or “Majesty of God.”
Homsi is also the name of my father. By carrying his name forward, HomsiCare is built on the principles he embodied: respect, kindness, unconditional love, and a commitment to serving others.
Our mission is to breathe life into this heritage. Just as the words of God bring light and guidance, HomsiCare exists to support individuals and families through the challenges of health, wellness, and care. With wisdom, empathy, and dignity, we act as a trusted hand and a compassionate heart.

Providing Care with Passion and Commitment
The company was started in 2019. HOMSICARE is an in-home healthcare service that provides medical (care coordination) and nonmedical (caregiver level 1,2,3) healthcare services in the community. We offer companionship, personal care, and skilled nursing services. Established in 2019, our company works with various experienced healthcare workforces with over 15 years of experience in nursing services in different locations, such as hospitals, homes, assisted living, and other facilities. The company was founded after observing a deficit in excellent healthcare services by passionate healthcare providers about delivering high-quality healthcare services that respect individual values. HOMSICARE promotes recovery, facilitates well-being, and needs satisfaction for customers.
About the Company
A few years ago, my world was turned upside down when my dad was diagnosed with diabetes-related complications. I reached out to multiple healthcare providers, hoping they could deliver the level of care he needed. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that they couldn’t meet his unique requirements. Tragically, he passed away due to a lack of appropriate home care.
Externally, I struggled to find a home healthcare company that could properly support my dad—someone who was fiercely independent and reluctant to accept help from others. Internally, as a nurse, I carried the heavy burden of not being able to provide the level of care my father deserved or be there for him in the same way he had always been there for me. Watching him live alone in a wheelchair, unable to manage daily activities without assistance, was heartbreaking and a constant source of stress for our family.
That experience changed me. I resolved to create a home care company that could make a real difference—one that truly understood the challenges families like ours face. I knew I had the knowledge and compassion to help others age gracefully in the comfort of their homes while maintaining their confidence and independence.
No existing agency seemed to offer the kind of holistic care I envisioned, one that went beyond basic non-medical assistance. Determined to fill that gap, we created the Total Well-Being Program, a comprehensive approach that focuses on physical, emotional, and mental health. It includes not just personal care but also meal preparation, companionship, medication management, and therapeutic exercises. This program has been transformative, allowing us to bring joy, peace, and relief to families navigating similar struggles.
Our company, Homsicare, was built from compassion and personal experience. Our mission is simple but powerful—to help those in need rediscover their independence, confidence, and happiness, just as I wish I could have done for my beloved father.

About Dr. Olivia
Dr. Olivia Tchoupe is a compassionate family doctor who graduated from medical school in Cameroon in 2015. She is a dementia care practitioner. She brings extensive experience to her medical profession, with an impressive ten year tenure in the field. Her wealth of knowledge and dedication is not confined to her clinical practice alone; she also generously shares health advice on social media platforms, further demonstrating her commitment to promoting well-being in the community.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Olivia is a loving mother to two wonderful boys, adding depth to her understanding of the importance of family health. She is happily married to a remarkable husband who supports her unwavering dedication to her profession and her mission to provide compassionate care to all.
In addition to her medical background, Dr. Olivia is a certified keto coach, and her guiding principle is prevention is better than cure. She derives immense satisfaction from witnessing the happiness of others and is willing to make personal sacrifices to ensure their well-being. Driven by a genuine desire to serve and bring light into people's lives, she has found a fulfilling opportunity working at Homsicare.
